Confidential billing information

Invoices, billing statements, payment links, customer portal access codes, support messages, and account information may contain confidential business or personal information. They are intended only for the designated customer or authorized recipient.

Access codes and links

Do not share one-time login codes, private invoice links, payment links, or account access with unauthorized persons. The application uses tokenized links, but users must still protect emails and devices that receive those links.

Unauthorized receipt

If you received invoice, portal, or payment information in error, do not use, copy, forward, or disclose it. Notify the sender or support contact and delete the message.

Support communications

Support requests submitted through the portal should include only the information needed to resolve the issue. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

No waiver

This notice does not create a contract by itself and does not waive any confidentiality, privacy, security, or legal rights available to the sender or recipient.
